BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be processed based on applicable legal regulations, concluded agreements, and the consent given for one or more purposes:
– execution of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR*),
– fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
– performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR and Art. 9(2)(g) GDPR),
– pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in the enforcement or securing of claims.
In other cases, your personal data will be processed solely based on the previously given consent. Giving consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, but the lack of consent may prevent the provision of the service. All provided personal data are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which consent has been given.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be transferred to third parties to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, especially for the dispatch of documents, payment processing, handling complaints, and sales accounting.
Recipients of your personal data may include: public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes specified by the applicable law; individuals cooperating with the Administrator to fulfill the contract; the entity handling the Administrator’s accounting; the provider of email and hosting services; individuals and entities to whom a job offer or employment opportunity is to be presented in accordance with the regulations of the Space4Tec website.
Data may be transferred to third countries:
a) MailerLite Limited, a company registered in Ireland at 38 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 PR89 Ireland – for the use of the mailing system, where data is processed if you subscribe to the newsletter – this data will be secure in this country.
RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is stored for the following periods:
– for newsletter subscriptions: for the duration of the newsletter, unless a statement of resignation from receiving it is submitted, which will result in the deletion of data from the database;
– in the case of creating an account on the Space4Tec website: until its closure, deactivation, or the expiration of claims arising from the service contract, including the warranty period, not less than 365 days from the date of the job application for Advertisers’ data, and for invoice data, for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the invoice was issued.
OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE AND COOKIES
The www.space4tec.com website processes the following personal data:
– For newsletter subscriptions: name, surname, email; Providing data is voluntary but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
– For creating an account on the Space4Tec website: name and surname, email address, phone number, address of residence or business headquarters, correspondence address if different from the residence or business headquarters, data of the entrepreneur (company, address, tax identification number). By creating an account, the customer agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of providing the service by Space4Tec and exercising the Administrator’s rights.
– The www.space4tec.com website uses so-called cookies.
Data collected using cookies (so-called cookies) are collected to ensure the proper functioning of the site, the execution of the service order process. This data is encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorized access and the proper functioning of pop-ups and forms. If this option to block data collection is used, using the website will be possible, excluding functions that naturally require cookies. Users have the option to limit or disable access to cookies on their devices. Cookies are also used to collect data for:
– Analysis and Statistics (number of site visitors, how they connect to the site, time spent on the site, etc.),
– Marketing (used for directing ads on social media platforms or search engines).
– Social Tools (such as sharing on a social media platform or liking/subscribing to a selected profile on a given social media platform).

– The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies (computer data). Cookies are computer data, specifically text files, stored on the end device of the User of the Service (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone), intended for using the Site.
RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
You have the following rights:
– the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data;
– the right to request the correction (rectification) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete;
– the right to request the deletion of personal data;
– the right to request the limitation of the processing of personal data;
– the right to object to the processing of data.
If personal data processing is based on the consent of the person concerned (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you become aware of unlawful processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Providing specific personal data is obligatory when the processing of personal data is based on an agreement between the parties to perform the contract. In a situation where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the person to whom the data relates, providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary, but refusal to provide them may result in a refusal by the Administrator to take action or limitation of such actions.

INFORMACJA O PRZETWARZANIU DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

PODSTAWA PRZETWARZANIA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH
Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie obowiązujących przepisów prawa, zawartych umów oraz na podstawie udzielonej zgody w jednym lub kilku celach:
wykonania umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO*),
wykonania obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na Administratorze (art. 6 ust. 1 lit c RODO),
wykonania zadania realizowanego w interesie publicznym (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. e RODO i art. 9 ust. 2 lit. g RODO),
realizacji prawnie uzasadnionych interesów Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) polegających na dochodzeniu lub zabezpieczeniu roszczeń.
W pozostałych przypadkach Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane są wyłącznie na podstawie wcześniej udzielonej zgody. Wyrażenie zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednakże brak zgody może uniemożliwić wykonanie usługi. Wszelkie podane dane osobowe są przetwarzane wyłącznie w zakresie i w celu, na jaki została wyrażona zgoda.

ODBIORCY DANYCH OSOBOWYCH
Dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane, podmiotom trzecim w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji umowy, w szczególności wysyłki dokumentów, dokonania płatności, realizacji reklamacji oraz zaksięgowania sprzedaży.
Odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych mogą być: organy władzy publicznej oraz podmioty wykonujące zadania publiczne lub działające na zlecenie organów władzy publicznej, w zakresie i w celach, które wynikają z przepisów powszechnie obowiązującego prawa; osoby współpracujące z Administratorem w celu realizowania umowy; podmiot prowadzący księgowość Administratora; dostawca usługi poczty elektronicznej i hostingu; osoby i podmioty, którym ma być przedstawiona oferta pracy lub zatrudnienia zgodnie z Regulaminem serwisu internetowego Space4Tec.
Dane mogą być przekazywane do Państw trzecich:
a) MailerLite Limited, spółka zarejestrowana w Irlandii pod adresem 38 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 PR89 Irlandia – w celu korzystania z systemu mailingowego, w którym przetwarzane są dane, jeżeli zapisałeś się do newslettera – dane te będą bezpieczne w tym państwie.
OKRES PRZECHOWYWANIA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH
Dane osobowe przechowywane są przez okres:
w zakresie newslettera: przez czas funkcjonowania newslettera, chyba że złożone zostanie oświadczenie o rezygnacji z jego otrzymywania, co spowoduje usunięcie danych z bazy;
w przypadku założenia Konta w serwisie Space4Tec: do czasu jego zamknięcia, dezaktywacji lub przedawnienia roszczeń wynikających z umowy o realizację usługi, w tym przez okres rękojmi, nie krócej niż przez 365 dni od wpłynięcia aplikacji o pracę w przypadku danych Ogłoszeniobiorców, a w zakresie danych na fakturach VAT przez okres 5 lat od końca roku podatkowego, w którym nastąpiło wystawienie faktury.
DZIAŁANIE STRONY INTERNETOWEJ I PLIKI COOKIES
Strona www.space4tec.com przetwarza następujące dane osobowe:
W przypadku zapisania się do newslettera: imię, nazwisko, e-mail; Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, lecz konieczne, by zapisać się do newslettera.
W przypadku założenia Konta w serwisie Space4Tec: imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, adres zamieszkania lub siedziby przedsiębiorcy, adres korespondencyjny, jeżeli jest inny niż adres zamieszkania lub siedziby, dane przedsiębiorcy (firma, adres, numer NIP). Zakładając Konto Klient wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych dla celów realizacji usługi świadczonej przez Space4Tec oraz realizacji uprawnień Administratora.

Dane gromadzone przy użyciu plików cookies (tzw. ciasteczka) są zbierane w celu zapewnienia prawidłowego działania strony, realizacji procesu zamówienia usługi. UPRAWNIENIA W ZWIĄZKU Z PRZETWARZANIEM DANYCH OSOBOWYCH
Przysługują Pani/Panu następujące uprawnienia:

prawo do żądania sprostowania (poprawiania) danych osobowych – w przypadku, gdy dane są nieprawidłowe lub niekompletne;
prawo do żądania usunięcia danych osobowych;
prawo do żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych;
prawo sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych.
W przypadku, gdy przetwarzanie danych osobowych odbywa się na podstawie zgody osoby na przetwarzanie danych osobowych (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO lub art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a RODO), przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do cofnięcia tej zgody w dowolnym momencie. Cofnięcie to nie ma wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
W przypadku powzięcia informacji o niezgodnym z prawem przetwarzaniu Pani/Pana danych osobowych przez Administratora przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
Podanie przez Panią/Pana określonych danych osobowych jest obowiązkowe, w sytuacji gdy przesłankę przetwarzania danych osobowych stanowi zawarta między stronami umowa, w celu wykonania umowy.
W sytuacji, gdy przetwarzanie danych osobowych odbywa się na podstawie zgody osoby, której dane dotyczą, podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych Administratorowi ma charakter dobrowolny, jednakże odmowa ich podania może wiązać się z odmową podjęcia działań przez Administratora lub ograniczeniem tych działań.
